GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS WITH BORA BORA APARTMENTS. VDC DEN BOSSA SL.
All users must be of legal age (over 18 years of age) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on this website. To make a reservation, you must register as a customer confirming the veracity of all the data entered. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The cancellation fees for the reservation are equivalent to the total cost of the stay.
NO SHOW The hotel reserves the right to consider, for all purposes, your reservation as 'No show' if you arrive after 18. 00 hours and without prior notice to the hotel. This will result in the non-refund of the amount paid so far.
MODIFICATION Any modification of your reservation will be considered, for all purposes, as a cancellation and you will have to make a new reservation.
